There are two ways we work together. Both start with a short written application — it's faster than a call, and it lets me read what you're working on before we talk.
Consulting
One-on-one work, usually with founders and operators who are trying to figure out how AI actually changes their business — not in the abstract, in the specific.
I tend to be most useful when you have a concrete problem and a short window: a product decision, a process you think AI should be rebuilding but isn't, a hiring question, a technical direction. Less useful for general advisory retainers or anything that looks like a standing monthly call.
Engagements are scoped to the problem. Some are a single week; some run a few months. I take on a small number at a time.

Workshops
I run a hands-on, beginner-level AI intensive in partnership with local municipalities across the RGV. It's built around a case study: a non-technical operator who, with light guidance, built working systems — dashboards, automation, AI agents — for his businesses in weeks. The workshop teaches the same foundations that made that possible.
There's also an advanced track in development for people with software experience. That one has a waitlist.
If neither of those fits and you want to stay in touch, the newsletter is the other way in. I don't send it often. When I do, I share what I'm working on and what I'm thinking about.
