Based in South Texas. I work with a great team building Harva, advise a small number of operators on AI, and write both fiction and non-fiction when I find the spare time.
Most of my time goes into Harva (formerly Supply Pay). A cross-border trade finance and B2B SaaS company serving buyers and sellers in international perishable goods trade; it's raised roughly $113M across debt and equity to date. Alongside Harva, I run a small consulting and teaching practice focused on what AI actually changes inside a working business.
I also write: two books on Amazon and an occasional essay on X. On the side I'm building Strata, an open-source local-first infrastructure project, and chasing a long-running idea I call SRC Theory. More on all of it in /now.
